The European Commission’s final report (EU Survey) is a compulsory part of the administration of a mobility under the Erasmus+ programme.

At the end of the stay, students will receive an automatic email requesting them to complete the final report. Students then have 30 days to complete the report.

If you did not receive the prompt:

• check both your university and personal email addresses that you entered in your ISOIS application
• try searching for the email by sender: EU-CORPORATE-NOTIFICATION-SYSTEM@ec.europa.eu
